General Terms & Conditions of Sale:

The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale, together with the Privacy Policy and the Return Policy regulate the relationship between the owner of the site and the customer entering a contract of sale.

The products purchased on www.op-octopussy.com (the website) are sold by the website’s owner. A contract of sale is concluded only after the customer has placed the order on the website, paid for it and has received an e-mail confirmation stating that the order is accepted and another mail stating that the product has been shipped.

We reserve the right not to accept orders without disclosing the reasons. Should an order not be accepted, then the amount of the transaction will be refunded, within 30 days.

We retain the right not to accept orders from customers we believe to be under the age of 18. We reserve the right not to accept orders from customers we believe are traders and purchase the product(s) in order to resell them. We do not accept orders to be delivered to P.O.BOX address. We deliver to almost any country.

All the prices shown do not include Swiss VAT, that will not be added to the price as we are not bound to pay it. As soon as we will be entitled to pay the VAT, the prices on our website will include it and this will be shown.

The product(s) can be paid by PayPal. The prices shown do not include shipment costs. This will be shown when a buyer places an order and proceeds to the payment. Please be aware that for deliveries to addresses outside Switzerland, you could be required by your local authorities to pay for the local VAT, other taxes and custom’s duties.

We do not ship incomplete nor damaged products. At the delivery time, the buyer is responsible to check that the package they are signing for, is not damaged. Should this be damaged then report it on the delivery note. Upon delivery, the buyer is responsible to check if the product(s) is(are) damaged or incomplete and report it immediately to us in said cases. For this purpose please us the email info.orders.op@gmail.com. Once the buyer signs for the delivers of the package, he is fully responsible for the product(s).

The representation of the product(s) on the website is not a binding offer but an online catalog without commitment. The products displayed own the website could slightly differ form the ones to be delivered, in terms of color, dimension and shape. The difference in color can be due to the hardware used to visualize the product and the light under which the website is watched. The small differences in dimensions and shape are due to the impossibility to produce identical products.

The general Terms and Conditions of Sales, the Privacy Policy, the Return and Refund Policy are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes arising with the terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Zurich, Switzerland.
