The buyer has 5 (five) business days form the product delivery to submit the return request.<\/p>\n The buyer bears all the associated costs for the return of the product. In the case of a contract cancellation, only the product price will be refunded, deducted the costs to process the refund (administrative costs, customs). The initial shipping costs, the shipping costs related to the return and customs costs are taken on by the buyer.<\/p>\n From the day we acknowledge the return by e-mail, the consumer has 5 (five) business days to return the product, using the same shipping standard (shipment with tracking number) used by us for the product shipping.<\/p>\n The product must be returned in a secure way and in the same conditions in which it was received.
