Return and Refund Policy:

The buyer can cancel a purchase contract for any product bought on www.op-octopussy.com without incurring in any penalty, by contacting us at the mail info.orders.op@gmail.com. The buyer has 5 (five) business days form the product delivery to submit the return request.

The buyer bears all the associated costs for the return of the product. In the case of a contract cancellation, only the product price will be refunded, deducted the costs to process the refund (administrative costs, customs). The initial shipping costs, the shipping costs related to the return and customs costs are taken on by the buyer.

From the day we acknowledge the return by e-mail, the consumer has 5 (five) business days to return the product, using the same shipping standard (shipment with tracking number) used by us for the product shipping.

The product must be returned in a secure way and in the same conditions in which it was received. Products returned must not be washed nor damaged. We will approve the return and the return and the price originally paid by the buyer only if the product is in perfect conditions and all the conditions listed in this paragraph are met.

Should we not accept a return because the conditions described above are not satisfied, then the product will be sent back to the buyer, who is going to bear the costs of the shipping.

To refund a customer the owner of the site will use the same payment method used for the purchase of the product. From the amount to be refunded we will deduct the payment related costs, if any.
